At last someone else has used the word "Quisling" in relation to Donald Trump. He not only has a physical resemblance to Quisling, he shares Quisling's other main characteristics as well: introversion, insistence on living in his own myths and fantasies, and refusal to understand (let alone admit) that he has ever been wrong, regardless of all the dithering and flip-flopping and policy chaos and lies and treason. In only one major characteristic are the two noticeably different: competence in their native languages. Quisling could put together a coherent, grammatical sentence, and didn't have to invent childish words like "bigly".
