"This case involves a human tragedy of Shakespearean proportions: a young man overcomes huge physical disabilities to reach Olympian heights as an athlete; in doing so he becomes an international celebrity; he meets a young woman of great natural beauty and a successful model; romance blossoms; and then, ironically on Valentine's Day, all is destroyed when he takes her life." = Synonymous for the sensational murder story of the South African Paralympian Oscar Pistorius, an obsessed, testy macho ape who deliberately shot and killed his glamorous blonde fiancee Reeva Steenkamp at home one evening. Alas, she dies in agony. He claimed he thought it was someone (a burglar?) concealed in the lavatory. In essence, a chillingly nauseating act by an evil man.
"The accused's conviction and sentence on count 1 are set aside and replaced with the following: 'Guilty of murder with the accused having had criminal intent in the form of dolus eventualis'" = News: The South African court's now convinced Oscar Pistorius' evidence was untruthful and invented. The cold athlete gloatingly eliminated his graceful fiancee. I'd condemn him to death!
