Now a cruise missile is not technically a ICBM but 12 200K warheads w/ a 3000K range is not a short range missile by any mean. Just happened to notice this. Thought my memory was off so had to check it.
are you serious you act like this is a big surprise i am more afraid of what congress is doing to our country than the russian submarines.
